How early should I book my wedding car?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-September). Popular vehicles book quickly.
Can you decorate the car?
Yes: ribbons, flowers and a 'Just Married' sign. Tell us about any other decoration you have in mind.
What if the wedding runs late?
Weddings rarely run to the minute, and your chauffeur plans for that. Extra time is billed at the hourly rate.
Do you provide multiple vehicles for the wedding party?
Yes. We match cars for the bridesmaids, groomsmen and family, so the whole party arrives together.
Can we do a photo shoot with the car?
Yes. Our chauffeurs have worked with wedding photographers before: they place the car for the shot and leave time for photos in the plan.
Can I rent a wedding car without a driver?
Yes. Besides chauffeur-driven cars, you can rent a wedding car to drive yourself. You need a driving licence, an ID card or passport and a deposit; we confirm the terms, price and availability when you book.
Which wedding car should I choose?
For a classic wedding most couples choose the Mercedes S-Class, the G-Class for a statement arrival, and the Porsche 911 for a sporty touch. We add a V-Class for the best man, bridesmaids and family so the whole party arrives in the same style. We are happy to suggest a combination for your guest count and venues.
How long should I book a wedding car for?
The minimum is 3 hours: from the couple's departure, through the ceremony and photos, to arrival at the reception. Extra hours are agreed in advance, and the chauffeur stays with you if the programme runs late.
What payment methods do you accept for wedding bookings?
By card or bank transfer. A deposit secures the booking, and the balance is due before the wedding day; ask us if you would like to pay in instalments.
Can we see the car before the day?
Yes, we can arrange a viewing before your wedding. Ask when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup and we refund 100%. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. Refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method; depending on your bank and country, they take 2–10 business days to arrive.
