Yes, we provide corporate account services with monthly billing, dedicated account managers, priority booking, and volume discounts for regular business clients.
Can you accommodate multi-day roadshows?
Yes. The same chauffeur stays with you for the whole trip, and we coordinate with your hotels and move the schedule when plans change.
What vehicles are best for corporate transport?
Most executives travel in the Mercedes S-Class. The EQS is the quiet electric option, and the V-Class takes a group.
How do I set up a corporate account?
Contact our corporate team with your company details. We'll set up your account within 24 hours with preferred vehicles, billing contacts, and authorized bookers.
Do you provide NDAs for sensitive travel?
Yes, every chauffeur can sign a confidentiality agreement. Ask for it when you book or open your account.
What payment methods do you accept for corporate accounts?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and offer monthly invoicing for corporate accounts. Payment terms can be customized based on your company's requirements.
Can you handle transport for conferences and large delegations?
Yes. We regularly run multi-vehicle operations — sedan fleets plus V-Class and Sprinter vans — with a single coordinator on our side, driver briefings, and arrival boards for your guests. We have served major international events in Belgrade, including official UEFA transport.
Do you provide airport meet & greet for visiting executives?
Every corporate airport pickup includes flight tracking, a name board in the arrivals hall, help with luggage and waiting time if the flight is delayed — at no extra charge. Your guest is driven directly to their hotel or first meeting.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup and we refund 100%. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. Refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method; depending on your bank and country, they take 2–10 business days to arrive.
